PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover through Paypal. PayPal offers safe and secure internet shopping. With this service, we never handle sensitive credit card information as it is not entered or stored on our servers.
We also accept payment via Money Order or Personal Check. You will be able to select your payment method during the checkout process. If you intend to pay with a check or money order, once you are finished shopping, enter your shipping information and select "PRINT AND CALL" as your payment option. Print two (2) copies of this screen - one for your records and one to enclose with your payment. Mail all payments made out to Shea Essentials to: Shea Essentials 3022 Spice Bush Road, Laurel, MD 20724.
All returned checks are subject to a $35 service fee. Once a check is returned unpaid, no further orders will be processed until the service fee has been received and payment by check will no longer be accepted.
PRIVACY POLICY
Shea Essentials respects your privacy! Shea Essentials will never share your personal information with anyone without your expressed and written permission unless otherwise required by law. Customer information submitted through our online forms will be used only for the purpose of processing a customer order or inquiry. We do not collect credit card information of any kind.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
At this time, Shea Essentials, LLP ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations; Nor does Shea Essentials, LLP ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
All orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail Service. Shipping is based on total merchandise weight and packaging available (plus a $1.00 handling fee to cover the cost of packing materials).
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of the receipt of payment. (Orders paid for via check or money order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared. This may take up to 10 business days including the amount of time it takes for us to receive the payment from you.)
You will receive an e-mail confirmation from the USPS when your order has been shipped. This e-mail will include your tracking number. Delivery confirmation is included on each order. Delivery confirmation simply confirms that the package arrived safely at its destination. This means that information regarding your shipment may not be
available until after it has reached your door.
Shea Essentials will pack your items with care. (In kindness to our environment, we will recycle shipping materials as much as possible.) We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged after leaving our warehouse. If you would like your package insured, please indicate this in the special instructions. As a courtesy we will cover the cost of insurance up to $1. If the insurance exceeds that amount, we will invoice you for the overage. Adding shipping insurance may add an additional 1-2 days to your delivery time, because this is a service we must travel to the post office to use. If your package is lost or damaged and you requested shipping insurance, you must submit your claim directly to the post office within 7 days of receiving a damaged package. Keep the shipping box and all packaging materials when you make a claim for Post Office inspection. We will do all we can to
assist you with your claim and replacement of your merchandise. Please submit a copy of your damage claim to Shea Essentials, IN WRITING within 7 days of receiving your package.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
Because our products are susceptible to heat, during the warm weather months (May-September), cloud will shipped in white double walled jars and/or packed with materials to keep products cooler.
During these months, the handling fee will be $2.00.
SALES TAX
All orders delivered in the state of Maryland will be charged MD State sales tax (6%).
RETURN POLICY
Shea Essentials wants you to be happy with your purchase. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. If you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect merchandise, we will work with you to find a mutually beneficial transaction outcome. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please email us at cs@shea-essentials.com within 7 days of the shipment of your order for return authorization number and return instructions.
Shipping charges and return shipping charges cannot be refunded. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
*All sales are final on custom or discontinued items.

MISCELLANEOUS
Limitation of Liability
In the event of a defect in material or workmanship, Shea Essentials will replace the goods or refund the purchase price for merchandise at Shea Essentials sole discretion, provided that a written claim is received via e-mail or postal mail within 10 days of the shipping date.
Shea Essentials liability shall not in any event exceed the cost of furnishing a replacement for the defective product.
In no event will Shea Essentials be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages for damage, injury, loss of use, and/or loss of profit resulting from the use or misuse of any product purchased from Shea Essentials. Because some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in
such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permissible by law.
Under no circumstances shall shea-essentials.com or any other party involved in the creating, producing and distribution of shea-essentials.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result for the use of or inability to use shea-essentials.net, including but not limited to omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to shea-essentials.net s records, programs or services. Users hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise and services available through shea-essentials.com.

Wholesale Pricing, Requirements & Minimum Order
Wholesale Online Catalog pages do not display wholesale pricing, and only list a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). To request a Wholesale Price List please email us for a Wholesale Request Form
To receive wholesale pricing, the following is required:
1. Current Business License, Valid Seller's Permit, Resale Certificate, or Federal Tax I.D.
2. Complete and submit the Wholesale Request Form.
This form is required before a Wholesale Price List can be provided.
Please Note: Shea Essentials, LLP does not offer drop shipping, and is unable to extend wholesale pricing for products that would be marketed on the Internet in any way.

Placing Orders, Processing Time & Confirmation
Wholesale orders may be placed by fax or mail, and are usually shipped in just 1-3 business days!
When your order has been shipped, you will be notified by e-mail with the tracking number(s) and total, which will include the actual UPS shipping charges. A copy of the invoice is included with your order.
All orders are subject to approval. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy
Shea Essentials, LLP is committed to providing outstanding customer service and high quality products. In addition, all products presented in this site are inspected prior to shipping and have been handmade directly by Shea Essentials, LLP. Please inspect your products and contact us within 7 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with your wholesale order.
Shelf Life
Shea Essentials products have a limited shelf life of under a year, depending on the product. We cannot be liable for the condition of the products if they are not properly stored. We will give you all materials on how to properly store our products to avoid melting, etc.
Shipping Methods & Freight Charges
Wholesale orders are usually shipped USPS or UPS Ground, within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Additional UPS Services are also available.
Actual UPS shipping charges, based on weight and shipping location will be added to the total amount of your wholesale purchase once your order has been processed.
We are unable to ship wholesale orders outside of the United States or Canada.
Payment
Below are our terms for wholesale purchasing:
The minimum purchase for your first order is $150.00, and $50.00 for any order after that. Most of our bath and body products are available at wholesale pricing, and most require a minimum of three of each product per fragrance.
Because our products are made "fresh to order", please allow at least 2-3 business days for wholesale orders to be completed, depending on our workload, the order size and the time of year.
Due to the very large amount of requests for samples, we cannot offer them for free. We understand that of course you would like to try our products, so we do offer sample sizes available for purchase wholesale.
We do not offer drop shipping, and we are no longer taking new accounts for private labeling. Our labels must remain on our products at all times.
When placing your order and checking out, be sure to CLICK ON "PRINT AND CALL" for your
shipping choice so no shipping fees will be added.
When we receive your order, we will charge your credit card for the order amount. When we have your order ready to go, we will weigh it to determine actual shipping costs, and charge your credit card at that time for the
final shipping fees. We do try to find the least expensive method, and have found that shipping runs APPROXIMATELY 10-12% of your order for locations near us, and can be over 15% of your order if you are located further across the country.
Resellers
Shea Essentials, LLP sells to all qualified resellers. You must provide us with a copy of your Tax I.D. number and complete a short business information form. Our wholesale minimums are $150 for the initial order and $50 minimum for all reorders.
